Each class includes a free Pranayama (breathing techniques) session at 5:45 PM, followed by a carefully guided yoga practice. Learn foundational poses, Sun Salutations, modified positions to suit all levels, deep relaxation methods, and traditional chanting. Please bring a yoga mat and drinking water.
Our instructor, Jann, is certified by the Sivananda Ashram in Neyyar Dam, Southern India. She has also served with the program staff at the Satchidananda Ashram, Yogaville, and the Kids Yoga Camp in Val Morin, Canada. Her extensive experience ensures a nurturing and authentic yoga experience for all participants.
