Free Pranayama Breathing Techniques session starts at 5:45 p.m.
In these classes, you will learn Sun Salutations, basic poses with helpful modifications, guided breathing techniques, relaxing practices, and chanting. It’s a perfect opportunity for beginners or those looking to reconnect with their Yoga journey. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
Classes are led by Jann, a certified Yoga instructor who completed her training at Sivananda Ashram in Neyyar Dam, Southern India. She has also served on the program team at the Satchidananda Ashram in Yogaville and contributed to the Kids Yoga Camp in Val Morin, Canada.
