Join us for a fun, hands-on Indian cooking class led by Dr. Bidisha Nag! In this small group session, you’ll learn how to prepare flavorful and authentic Indian dishes in a relaxed, home kitchen setting.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and cook some of your favorites, including:

  • Luchi / Poori – Fried puffed bread
  • Mishti Polau – Sweet and fragrant pilaf
  • Alur Dom – Spicy baby potatoes
  • Chana Dal – Savory split chickpeas
  • Bengali Chicken Curry – A true comfort dish

The class takes place in a private residence with space limited to only 6 participants, ensuring a personalized experience. The complete address will be shared two days before the event once your ticket is confirmed.
